On __________________________ a request will be submitted for the following variance to architectural restriction(s) contained in the CC&R’s and/or Bylaws of the Walden Woods Homeowners Association.

Article VI, Section 3, of the CC&R’s requires that written notification of the request for this variance given to all affected owners within 100 feet of the boundaries of the subject lot.

CAUSE FOR REQUEST: _____________________________________

• Upon receipt of this request the Architectural Committee will hold a public hearing on the variance request after giving at least 10 days written notification to the Board of Directors and to all Owners within 100 feet of the lot for which the variance applies.

• Owners receiving notice of the proposed variance will have 30 days in which to respond with written comments or objections with respect to the variance. No decision will be made with the respect to the proposed variance until the 30-day comment period has expired.

• The Board of Directors will review the Architectural Committee decision to grant or deny a variance within 30 days and will notify the Owner requesting the variance and those Owners who were notified of the Board’s decision.
